  • Next Day Shipping: Orders placed before 2 PM will be delivered the next business day. This option is free for all orders.

Please note that shipping times are estimated and can vary depending on your location and the time of year.

Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly delayed. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Tracking Your Order Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You can use this number to track your order on the carrier's website.

Shipping Destinations We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

Lost Items In the unfortunate event that an item is lost during shipping, we want to ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible.
