Ergo Heights Returns Policy: Easy Refunds & Exchanges

Welcome to Ergo Heights! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, our return and refund policy makes the process straightforward, in accordance with the distance selling regulations.
Return Eligibility
Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, in their original condition, with all original packaging and tags attached.
Damaged, soiled, or altered items may not be accepted for return.
Process for Returns
Contact our customer service team at contact@ergoheights.com within 14 days of receiving your order to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
Once you receive your RAN, securely package the item(s) and include a copy of your original invoice.
Ship the item(s) back to us using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
Refunds
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item(s), we will process your refund within 14 days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item, defective item).
Exchanges
To exchange an item, please follow the return process above and place a new order for the desired item.
Non-Returnable Items
Personalized items, sale items, and gift cards are non-returnable.
